great view with dense atmosphere! how many people had been sitting there and thinking and relaxing ... the bench might write books about their fortunes!
I always take pictures of benches, too. And often I sit on them before. Each one feels different. I love to find one on paths in the woods or through meadows, where some caring person put them. There is a lot to be said in favour of benches!

Why Blog
I started this blog/journal when my Fabulous Other Half was transferred to Toronto, an unexpected, but appreciated destination. Then unexpectedly we find ourselves back in the UK. So our Canadian Inukshuk Adventure is now an Inukshuk Euro Adventure. Join me friends old and new and share my experiences of settling once again into UK life - with a few trips to the continent no doubt.

A great patina on the bench, Rob - Ham house yielded some good shots!
